Greek Dakos Salad
Ingredients:
- 3 pieces of dakos or barley rusk or just dried bread
- 2 big tomatoes
- 100gr feta cheese
- 1 tbsp capers (optional)
- 2-3 tbsps olive oil
- Salt & Oregano
Method:
- Wash and cut the tomatoes in small pieces.
- Drain feta cheese and cut in small pieces.
- Place the dakos on a plate and add the tomatoes on top.
- Add the feta cheese and sprinkle the oregano over it.
- Add the capers and olive oil.
- Add a bit of salt if u want, feta cheese can be salty enough for some people.
- Enjoy your Greek Dakos Salad!

I love greek food and this salad looks divine!
I love the addition of the capers, I always seem to have some in the fridge but never know what to put them on!! Thanks for sharing!
