Tandoori Chicken Curry


  • 2 breasts of Chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 slices ginger, minced
  • 3 large chestnut mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 tbsps tandoori curry powder


  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet add the oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the ginger and garlic and fry for a few minutes.
  4. Add the tandoori powder and stir. Fry for another minute.
  5. Turn up the heat and add the chicken, cook until browned.
  6. Pour in the coconut milk.
  7. Bring to a simmer, add the mushrooms and simmer for another few minutes.
  8. Serve your Tandoori Chicken Curry with some basmati rice.
