Mushrooms with White Wine

Parsley is very popular in the Mediterranean cuisine and it’s a great source of iron, vitamin K, vitamin C and vitamin A. These Mushrooms with White Wine would go lovely with a meat dish.


  • 500gr mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 glass white wine


  1. Wash the mushrooms and chop into smaller pieces.
  2. Add the mushrooms and the wine in a bowl and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. Mix well and let it sit for another 5-10 minutes.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add  garlic and mushrooms, and cook for about 10 minutes.
  6. Mix the wine in.
  7. Continue cooking until the wine has evaporated.
  8. Season, add the parsley and cook for another minute.
  9. Enjoy!
