Mushrooms with White Wine
Parsley is very popular in the Mediterranean cuisine and it’s a great source of iron, vitamin K, vitamin C and vitamin A. These Mushrooms with White Wine would go lovely with a meat dish.
Ingredients:
- 500gr mushrooms
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 glass white wine
Method:
- Wash the mushrooms and chop into smaller pieces.
- Add the mushrooms and the wine in a bowl and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- Mix well and let it sit for another 5-10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and mushrooms, and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the wine in.
- Continue cooking until the wine has evaporated.
- Season, add the parsley and cook for another minute.
- Enjoy!
