Hummus Dip



  • 500gr chickpeas
  • 6 garlic gloves
  • 6 onions
  • 50gr chopped parsley
  • Salt pepper
  • 1tsp cumin


  1. Soak chickpeas overnight.
  2. Wash chickpeas under cold running water. Drain and blend chickpeas until very fine
  3. Add onions and garlic gloves in the blender.
  4. Chop the parsley.
  5. In a bowl mix all the ingredients, add salt & pepper, cumin and mix well.
  6. Put it in a plate, pour a little olive oil and sprinkle cumin and paprika.
  7. Enjoy your Hummus!
