Hummus Dip
Hummus
Ingredients:
- 500gr chickpeas
- 6 garlic gloves
- 6 onions
- 50gr chopped parsley
- Salt pepper
- 1tsp cumin
Method:
- Soak chickpeas overnight.
- Wash chickpeas under cold running water. Drain and blend chickpeas until very fine
- Add onions and garlic gloves in the blender.
- Chop the parsley.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients, add salt & pepper, cumin and mix well.
- Put it in a plate, pour a little olive oil and sprinkle cumin and paprika.
- Enjoy your Hummus!
