Low Fat Tzatziki Sauce


  • 500gr low fat greek yogurn
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large cucumber
  • a bit of olive oil
  • salt & pepper


  1. Peel cucumbers and grate it.
  2. Place grated cucumber in a strainer or remove excess juice with your hands.
  3. Stir the cucumber and garlic stir into yogurt.
  4. Mix well and add a bit of olive oil to make the mixture smooth.
  5. Season with salt & pepper.
  6. Enjoy this Low Fat Tzatziki Sauce with some pita bread or with your dinner.
