Chocolate Biscuit Roll

Ingredients:
• 250gr butter
• 8 tbsps. cacao powder
• 400gr sweetened milk
• ¼ cup cognac
• 1 packet of plain biscuits
Method:
1. Melt butter in low heat.
2. In a bowl add the milk, cacao powder, cognac, butter and biscuits broken into small pieces.
3. Mix well and in greaseproof paper roll the mixture out.
4. Put it in the freezer until its frozen solid.
5. Take out from the freezer and let it sit for a few minutes before cutting into pieces.
