Tasty Post Workout Milkshake
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. chocolate powder with vitamins and minerals
- 120ml low fat milk (or your favourite kind of milk)
- Place the banana and milk in a blender and blend well.
- Add the peanut butter and chocolate powder and blend again.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass and enjoy your Tasty Post Workout Milkshake!
