Andria’s Champagne


  • 250gr Strawberries &250gr raspberries
  • 5-6 tbsps. sugar
  • Bottle of Champagne


  1. Add the strawberries and raspberries in saucepan and start boiling in low heat.
  2. Add the sugar.
  3. You will see that the fruit starts to melt.
  4. When the strawberries and raspberries form a sauce remove from heat and put through a sieve.
  5. Let it cool and add 2 Spoonfuls in a Champagne glass before you add the Champagne.
  6. Enjoy!!
