Tuna Pasta Dish
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of farfalle pasta
- 2 cans of tunas
- 1 onion
- 100gr olive oil
- 200gr single cream
- 100gr white wine
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper
- Serve with grated parmesan cheese
Method:
- In a big pot boil pasta in salted water until tender.
- In a frying pan put olive oil and sauté the onion.
- Then add paprika, a bit of pepper and the drained tuna.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes and then add the wine and let it cook until it evaporates.
- Then add the single cream and mix in the drained pasta.
