Tasty Post Workout Milkshake


  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate powder with vitamins and minerals
  • 120ml low fat milk (or your favourite kind of milk)


  1. Place the banana and milk in a blender and blend well.
  2. Add the peanut butter and chocolate powder and blend again.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy your Tasty Post Workout Milkshake!
