Spicy Feta Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
- 400gr Feta Cheese
- 1 hot pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 2tbsps vegetable oil
- 2tbsps olive oil
Method:
- Cut peppers into small pieces or use a food processor to mice them.
- Drain and then mash the feta with a fork to break it down.
- Add the oil slowly and keep mashing.
- Add peppers and mix well.
- If you like you can mix all ingredients in a blender to create a smoother dip.
- Let it sit in the fridge before serving.
- This Spicy Feta Cheese dip can be kept covered in a bowl and in the fridge for up to 4 days.
